K1 Karate

Basic Training / Beginner
M / T / TH: 4:00pm – 4:45pm

T / TH:  6:30pm – 7:15pm

M: 7:00pm – 7:30pm Kata Training

Sat:  9:00am – 10:00am

Basic movements: Dojo Etiquette, Punching, Blocking, kicking, Stances, Basic Sparring, Basic Self-defense

K2 Karate
Beginner / Intermediate
M / T / TH: 4:45pm – 5:30pm

T / TH: 7:15pm – 8:00pm

M: 7:00pm – 8:00pm Kata Training

Sat: 9:00am – 10:00am

Basic movements: Punching, Blocking, kicking, Stances, Basic Self-defense, Sparring, Kata, Speed, Power, Focus

K3 Karate
T / TH: 5:30pm – 6:00pm

T / TH: 8:00pm – 8:30pm

Basic movements focusing on speed, power and focus, higher level of kata training, higher level of sparring, greater understanding of self-defense.  Must be serious

Weapons Training
Beginner – Advanced for All Ages and Levels
M: 5:30pm – 6:00pm

M: 8:00pm – 8:30pm

Bo, Sai, Kaibo, Nunchaku, Tonfa

Black Belt Club
Elite / Advanced Training for All Ages and Levels
W:  4:00pm – 5:00pm

Sat:  9:00am – 11:00am All Ranks

Sat: 9:00am – 12 noon Black & Brown Belts

Private Lessons
Private lessons are available when the regular class is not in session. For more information, please stop by, call or email us.

Karate & Fitness Place USA Friendly Reminders

  1.  Arrive 5 – 10 minutes prior to class.
  2. Place shoes and karate bags neatly in designated area.
  3. Keep uniforms neat, clean and odor free. Please wear only a white t-shirt or sport bra underneath karate gi
  4. Do Not Disturb a class in session while waiting.
  5. Always show respect towards the instructors and fellow students with a bow.
  6. Always show good effort and attitude in class.
  7. Memorize and follow the Principles of Karate.
  8. Parents are encouraged to watch and observe any class. We ask only that you remain Quiet During the Class and keep younger siblings under control
  9. All Students are encouraged to participate in a minimum of two or more class per week to get the results you want.
  10. Please bring your own equipment with you to every class and must have own weapons to participate in weapons training classes
